What does a brewery that makes dozens of different beer styles each year do with the multitude
of partial bags of grain, hops, and other interestng ingredients that they end up with? If they're
clever like us, they make beer out of it.

10 years ago, we decided to clean up all our 'remnants' by making
one crazily untraditional batch of beer. It was an instant hit.
Every year since then, we make one batch of Remnant. It's always
surprisingly tasty and completely unrepeatable (the brewer never bothers to measure
what he uses in this beer).
This year's Remnant is 'kind of like an over the top ESB (Extra Special Bitter)'.On tap at the brewery for a limited time.
